We use Uber Freight Standard Service for reliable and professional delivery of oversize solar materials and equipment. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.

To help ensure a smooth return process, please contact us prior to sending any items back.

We accept returns and exchanges for unopened products or items that arrive damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns involving large quantities, high-value items, or products shipped by freight. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30-day window.

Products returned unopened must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please report any damaged or defective products as soon as possible. For domestic orders, we will provide a prepaid return label. Once the issue is confirmed, we will refund the item cost and domestic shipping charges. Please note that international shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the item.

If the returned product is determined to be fully functional, no refund will be issued and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
